How quickly can you start?
We can get started as soon as you subscribe! You'll receive an email with instructions, will need to onboard Quiver into your instance, and start assigning work! In most cases, we get started same day; next day at the latest!
What does unlimited requests mean?
There is no limit to how much work you can request. You can add an unlimited amount of tasks to your queue and we will work on them one by one and sprint by sprint.
How long do requests take to complete?
Time is relative to the task. Simple tasks are completed quickly, more complex tasks may take longer.
Why wouldn't I just hire a full time servicenow developer?
We know how expensive it can be to hire a full time servicenow administrator and/or developer ($100,000++). The onboarding, the benefits, the paperwork... and you may not always have enough work to fill their time.
The monthly subscription allows you to stay flexible, you can pause and resume as much as you like. Activate the subscription whenever you have work that needs doing.
Who are the developers?
All work is completed by our Founder, Rich!
Is there a minimum commitment?
There is no minimum commitment and you can cancel or pause your membership at anytime.
How do I request work?
We work best using Visual Task Boards in ServiceNow. We will configure the visual task board immediately upon gaining access to the instance which will allow you to add tasks, requests and incidents to the VTB.
What happens after I subscribe?
After subscribing you will receive welcome email that details the onboarding process and workflow using Visual Task Boards. All instructions will be included in the email (there is not many, its simple). You can start adding tasks to your VTB straight away.
