Cancellation Policy

Our goal is to ensure our customers are satisfied and never taken hostage. That's why we've provided instructions for you to cancel your account, should the need arise.

To cancel:
Sign into your account, click "Profile" in the top menu to launch your profile modal. Choose "Membership" on the left side, then click "cancel" then "Confirm your cancellation."

That's it! It's that simple.
Your account will be cancelled and you will not be billed again.
