What is the Quiver agent?
The Quiver agent is a lightweight software package installed on your device which allows Quiver to remotely monitor, update and and clean your computer.
What is done to my computer?
The Quiver agent allows us to gather health data about your computer and run cleanup activities, routine maintenance and health scripts. It also allows Quiver to connect via remote support when scheduled (with your permission).
How do I know what Quiver is doing to my computer?
The Quiver agent allows us to publish system information, maintenance activities and reports to your user profile at quiver.cloud. You can login to your profile to view your system details as well as the work being completed on your computer.

What does Antivirus software protect against?
Quiver's Antivirus software protects you against viruses, worms, trojans, ransomware, zero-day exploits, rootkits and spyware. The antivirus software we use is a leader in the cyber security market and wins multiple awards for performance every single year.
How is the advanced security in premium differ from the standard option?
The Advanced Threat Security and Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) offer additional levels of security using Artificial Intelligence and heuristics to protect against more advanced malware and block any detected anomalies automatically.
How is Quiver's antivirus different from other solutions?
Quiver remotely monitors the security of your computer. We offer our "starter" package in case you want to use your own antivirus but the difference is; we actively monitor and improve your security while other antivirus software is left to you to install and support yourself.
How do I install Quiver's Antivirus
If you signed up for our Standard or Premium plan, we will email you a link to securely access the installation files.

Why does tech support cost extra?
Quiver's products are designed to prevent most tech support issues via automation and security. We didn't 'bake in' the cost for tech support as our product is designed to prevent the need for tech support.
If your product is supposed to prevent tech problems, why offer support?
Quiver offers support as we understand that it is impossible to prevent tech problems entirely (despite our best efforts!). Maybe someday, we'll figure out how to deliver perfection but in the meantime, we offer support for the occasional times you may need it!
